After the beautiful success of our first gathering, I’m opening the circle again…
This time with an even deeper, heart-expanding journey designed to awaken your feminine energy and reconnect you with your inner truth.
You are invited to an evening of softness, movement, and energetic healing.
Cacao Ceremony – Open Your Heart Chakra
We begin with ceremonial cacao — a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that melts emotional tension and invites warmth, clarity, and connection.
Heart-Opening Breathwork
After cacao, we move into guided breathwork designed to:
– Deepen the cacao experience
– Expand the heart chakra
– Release emotional heaviness
– Bring you fully into your body
Sacral Dance – Be Here, Be Now, Be You
A sensual, grounding movement journey to awaken the sacral chakra, anchor you in the present moment, and help you reconnect with feminine flow and joy.
Group Reiki Healing – Energetic Reset & Release
We close our circle with a nurturing Reiki session for all — inviting peace, alignment, and gentle emotional release. Focusing on the Heart Chakra.
You may choose to receive Reiki sitting or lying down, whichever feels best for your body.
What to bring:
– Comfortable clothing
– Warm, layered clothes (the building may be cool)
– Yoga mat and Pillow and blanket if you prefer to lie down during Reiki
– Water bottle
– Chairs will also be available for those who prefer to sit
A Few Gentle Notes:
Please try not to eat too much shortly before the ceremony.
– Ideally, avoid alcohol for 48 hours before the event to support clarity and deeper energetic connection.
